SOUS CHEF

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced full-time Sous Chef to join our kitchen.

Working alongside our team, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, from preparation and service through to supporting the team and keeping the kitchen organised and running efficiently.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A genuine passion for food and hospitality

  • Experience in food preparation, service and ordering

  • Experience training and supervising kitchen staff

  • The ability to help manage kitchen resources, stock and prep

  • Good knife skills and attention to detail

  • The ability to stay calm and organised during busy service

  • Enthusiasm, resilience and a positive attitude

  • A team-focused approach and willingness to get stuck in

DUTY MANAGER

We’re looking for a confident, outgoing and reliable casual Duty Manager to join the team.

This role will likely be focused on Wednesday and Thursday shifts, but we can be flexible around days and hours for the right person. You’ll be a key point of contact during service, helping keep the bar running smoothly, supporting the team and making sure our customers have a great experience.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A current Manager’s Certificate

  • Flexibility to work weekdays or weekends

  • An outgoing personality and confidence engaging with customers

  • Strong communication skills to coordinate and support staff

  • The ability to stay calm, confident and organised during busy service

  • A reliable, positive and team-focused attitude
